The Storybook Project (British Council)

It's a collaboration with British Council, involving the secondary school students to visit primary school to conduct an investigation on their interest, and develop a story based on it. Our students visited the rural school, and conducted games on year 1 and 2 before interviewing them.

"Great to see. It would be great to see more literacy projects such as these as literacy is the foundation of learning ... in English." -Sandra Randall, a British teaching in Malaysia

These pictures were taken from the second trip to the school where students performed storytelling to the primary school kids.

The students are reading the book which they've created themselves

MBMMBI: Annual Grand Meeting

Heyy guys, I'm at Quality Hotel, Selangor. I'm attending the second meeting of MBMBI (Upholding the Malay Language and Strengthening the Command of English ) under BPTV. And this time around it's more fun as I've met many new faces (some even at my age, too!). So there's a lot of sharing happening around here. We also prepared a plan for 2013.
